SHARE implements integrated healthcare programs focusing on preventive, promotive and curative care.
We collaborate with government bodies, corporate partners and healthcare institutions to deliver sustainable impact.
In this context, SHARE frequently organizes free health check-up camps, wherein patients are carefully treated and diagnosed. They are given medicines and advised about how they can best take care of themselves and promote preventive healthcare, particularly water-borne and contagious diseases.
Moreover, health, hygiene and sanitation awareness campaigns through Nukkad Natak, Puppet Show and Magic Show are also arranged to spread awareness about these important issues. Through these campaigns we educate community members about the significance of cleanliness in their lives and how they need to put a full stop to the practice of open defecation.
Providing basic medical services through health camps, mobile clinics and community health centers.
Awareness programs on nutrition, hygiene, maternal & child health, and prevention of communicable diseases.
Targeted interventions for TB, anemia, eye care, NCDs and adolescent health programs.
An efficient health care system can contribute to a significant part of a country's economic dev. & industrialization. Health care is conventionally regarded as an important determinant in promoting the general physical and mental health and well-being of people around the world.
SHARE in collaboration with Corporate is providing Quality Healthcare Services to communities at their door steps. Some of them are shown in snaps:
With a population of more than 1.4 Billion, last-mile delivery of healthcare in our country is a big challenge. The geospatial diversity of the country further aggravates the issues of accessibility and availability of healthcare in difficult terrains. With more than 65% of the population residing in rural areas with a smaller SHARE of the overall healthcare infrastructure, and the urban slum dwellers prioritising everyday survival over healthcare, uneven distribution and lack of awareness also limit the uptake of existing healthcare services. It is crucial to address these gaps to meet the goals of Universal Health Coverage and support Govt of India's vision of Ayushman Bharat.
SHARE comprehensive and community-centric health programme takes primary healthcare services to the doorsteps of underserved communities in both rural and urban India. Following a two pronged approach, the programme provides curative as well as preventive services, addressing the gaps in availability, accessibility and affordability of healthcare.
